Terms for FristCheck digital products
FristCheck provides an automated information product, not legal representation or a decision by an authority.
Product and price
The deterministic assessment costs 99 DKK per lease and gives the answer whichever way it goes. If it returns Strong or Moderate with an actionable finding, an optional action pack costs another 150 DKK. The maximum total is 249 DKK and is shown before the first payment.
Scope
The assessment and action pack cover only the procedural rules checked by the displayed rule engine. They do not assess repair prices, evidence weight, normal wear, court proceedings or rules outside the stated scope.
Immediate digital delivery
If you actively consent before payment, FristCheck begins delivery of the digital product immediately. You acknowledge that once delivery begins you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content. All other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refund boundaries
A Strong, Moderate or Insufficient basis assessment is normal delivery and a negative conclusion is not refundable. If the engine cannot deliver an assessment, the 99 DKK is refunded. The optional action pack is validated and retried once; if both attempts fail, its 150 DKK payment is automatically refunded.
