Privacy
The free check stays local. Paid products use limited server processing.
FristCheck has no account or advertising. Free-check answers are sent to the server only when you choose to buy an assessment.
What is processed
The free result is calculated in your browser. For a 99 DKK assessment, the server receives the answers and reruns the fixed rule engine without AI. Only if you later buy the optional 150 DKK action pack are the minimum pseudonymous locked facts, conclusion and legal references sent to Scaleway AI in the EU for drafting.
Payment separation
Stripe processes the payment. FristCheck places only an opaque order identifier in payment metadata, not your questionnaire answers. FristCheck does not receive card details.
Automatic deletion
Questionnaire answers, the rule result, generated pack and any checkout-recovery email are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Necessary transaction records are kept separately without the case content.
No training on your answers
FristCheck does not use questionnaire answers, case facts, paid assessments or generated packs to train its own or third-party AI models.
Optional outcome follow-up
If you separately opt in, FristCheck stores your email, language, consent time, acquisition channel and the answers you later give about landlord response and dispute outcome. The four manual check-ins are scheduled around days 7, 14, 30 and 90. You can unsubscribe at any time; the record is deleted no later than 120 days after payment.
Privacy-preserving product measurement
FristCheck creates a random per-page funnel identifier in memory and records it with the referring campaign from an allowlist, language, coarse result status and product steps reached. It does not use an analytics cookie or browser-storage identifier. These first-party events never include questionnaire answers, dates, amounts, names or email and are deleted within 90 days.
Security and access
The order link contains a long access token. Treat it like a private document link. Tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, and expired links no longer provide the case content.
Your choices
You can use the free check without buying or sending answers to the server. Contact FristCheck to ask about access, deletion or correction of case data that has not already been automatically deleted.
Result links
The “Copy self-check link” action copies only the public page address. Questionnaire answers, dates and amounts are never encoded in the URL.
Service providers and EU processing
The paid workflow uses Stripe for payment. Only the optional action pack uses Scaleway AI on European infrastructure for document drafting; the free check and 99 DKK assessment do not use AI. The drafting request uses the minimum locked case facts and contains no order identifier. Scaleway states that API content has zero retention by default and is not used for model training; in rare harmful errors or suspected misuse, request content may be stored for up to two weeks for investigation. Public pages do not load advertising trackers or third-party fonts.
